Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an online appointment cost?

Online appointments are only $125. This gives you time with one of our excellent medical providers, a huge prescription discount with one of our partner pharmacies, and a follow-up call to make sure you are doing well after visiting our online clinic.  

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance in order to offer you a more personalized service tailored to your individual needs.

 

If you wish to submit a claim for to your insurance company for reimbursement, the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) code(s) will be found on your discharge summary. After your appointment is concluded, your discharge summary can be found in your CharmEHR patient portal.

America's Clinic does not file insurance claims or assist with them.

What is your new patient procedure?

New Patients will book an appointment using the online appointment calendar found on our home page.  After booking your appointment, you will receive an email prompting you to create a new patient portal. The patient portal is where you will find our consent forms and patient questionnaires and are required to be filled out at least one hour prior to your scheduled visit or we will have to cancel your appointment.  

 

Your patient portal is also where you will log on to your scheduled telehealth visit, message America's Clinic team with questions or concerns, and upload any documents (i.e. lab work, X-rays, etc). 

What is your refund policy?

We respectfully request at least 24-hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

All new patient consent forms and questionnaires are required to be filled out at least one hour prior to your scheduled visit or we will have to cancel your appointment.

How do I get my prescription?

Your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy and they will call you the same day to go over your prescribed medication(s) and payment will be made directly to them. 

When using our partner pharmacy, we guarantee your medications will be filled and delivered to you.  If any problems do arise, we will take care of this immediately at no charge.  

If you choose to use your own pharmacy, we cannot guarantee your prescription will be filled or that insurance will cover it.  If problems occur, we will require an additional scheduled appointment in order to process this added request.
